Q.  What is the price per minute on Mid-Rivers Long Distance Pre-Paid Calling Cards?
A.  The pre-paid calling cards are $0.18 per minute.

Q.  What is the difference between Mid-Rivers Long Distance Pre-Paid Calling Cards and others?
A.
  When purchasing other pre-paid calling cards, they often advertise $0.02 per minute up to $0.10 per minute.  However, these companies may have a per call connection fee ranging from $2.00 to $7.00.  These companies may also limit the card to 3 to 5 calls.  For example, once you have exceeded the specified number of calls, the card may not work even though you have purchased an 120 minute card and only used 20 minutes in 5 calls. If you purchase a Mid-Rivers Long Distance Pre-Paid calling card, you get the number of minutes you pay for, period.

  Mid-Rivers Long Distance Pre-Paid Calling Cards work anywhere within the Continental United States and from Alaska and Hawaii with calls that terminate in the Continental U.S. The following are calling scenarios and how Mid-Rivers Long Distance Calling Cards work:

International calling cards are currently not available through Mid-Rivers.

Q.  How do I use the card?
A.
  There are step-by-step instructions on the back of each card.

Q.  Do I have to use the entire card at one time?
A.
  No, you may make as many calls as you wish until you have exceeded the number of minutes on the card.

Q. What do I do when I have not used all the minutes on my card, but the card has expired?
A. Please contact Mid-Rivers at 1-800-452-2288 or customerservices@midrivers.coop, and we can extend the expiration date. This will allow you to continue using your card.
